Your Allegiance CRM integration will be initially set up and activated by your CRM contact. However, there may be times when you want to:

Adjust how often data is uploaded to GivingDNA (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly), or
-
Add more historical data to your GivingDNA platform.
To make these changes, follow these simple steps:
- Creating a Giving File Task and Report
- Select Insert New Task. Name the task GDNA Giving File.
- The Begin date would be today's date.

Set the Interval to your preference (Monthly or weekly).
- All other fields do not require any changes. Your resulting Task should look something like the screenshot below.

Select Insert New Report. Fill in all fields as follows:
- Type of Report: Utilities
- Report Name: GDNA Giving File
- Select the Group of your choice

The Payment Start Date should be: @Date - 1825
- The Payment End Date should be: @Date
- Upload File to SFTP should be: Yes
- Live Account Indicator should be: Yes

Save the Report, then save the Task.

After the scheduled file is generated, an email notification is sent to anyone who is set up on the task. If you wish to add email notifications, click the Email Addresses tab within each Report and key in the emails that should be notified.
