If your Salesforce integration is no longer updating your GivingDNA account, it's likely due to your Salesforce password changing.
When you set up your integration with Salesforce on GivingDNA you are required to enter your Salesforce credentials as seen here:
In many instances Salesforce users are required to update their password as often as every 90 days. When this occurs, your integration with GivingDNA will no longer work. To solve this, all you need to do is go to the GivingDNA integrations page, select the edit credentials action and update your password.
Once completed your integration will begin to process.
